I forgot my password
- Press Forgot password? above.
- Your email address carries across. Press Send Reset Link.
- Open the email from Google and follow the link to choose a new password.
- Come back here and sign in with the new one.
Check your spam or junk folder. The reset email comes
from Google, not from your own address, so it often lands in spam or
the Promotions tab. Mark it "not spam" so future ones arrive normally.
The reset email has not arrived
Give it a few minutes, then check spam, junk and Promotions. Make sure
you used the same address your account was set up with. Requesting it
repeatedly does not make it faster and may trigger a temporary block.
It says "Invalid email or password"
The email and password do not match an account. Use Show
to check what you typed, and watch for Caps Lock or a trailing space.
If you are unsure of the password, reset it.
It says "Access Denied"
The password was correct but the account is not permitted to manage
reviews. This is a permission held on the account itself and cannot be
changed from this page. Contact whoever maintains the website.
It says it cannot reach the server
That is a connection problem, not a rejection. You are still signed in.
Check your internet and press Try again.
Too many failed attempts
Firebase temporarily blocks sign-in after several wrong passwords. Wait
a few minutes and try again, or reset your password.
Still stuck
Contact the website administrator at

Never share your password with anyone, including us. A genuine request
will never ask for it.
